On the Line: Leadership Audio Series is a subscription-based leadership development service designed for law enforcement professionals at every level. Each installment delivers focused audio training supported by relevant learning materials addressing real-world challenges in leadership, supervision, and management. Developed by Dr. Damon Simmons, owner of LEO Firstline, the series emphasizes practical decision-making, accountability, ethical leadership, and culture-building between critical incidents, providing flexible, on-demand training that fits the realities of public safety work while strengthening organizational performance and professional credibility.
Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Access On the Line: Leadership Audio Series (“Service”) is a subscription-based training platform provided by LEO Firstline, LLC. Subscription grants the subscriber non-transferable access to audio training content and related materials for the duration of an active subscription. 2. Eligibility Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age. Agency subscriptions may be purchased on behalf of employees, who must use the Service in accordance with these Terms. 3. Billing and Payment Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed automatically and renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. 4. Cancellation Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise stated in writing. 5. Use of Content All content is the intellectual property of LEO Firstline, LLC and Dr. Damon Simmons. Content may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, or reproduced without written permission. Use is for professional development purposes only. 6. Training Disclaimer The Service provides general leadership, supervision, and management training. It does not constitute legal advice, policy direction, or operational orders. Agencies and individuals remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. 7. Modifications to Service LEO Firstline, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue content or features as part of ongoing service improvement. 8. Limitation of Liability LEO Firstline, LLC is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Training content is educational in nature and provided “as is.” 9. Termination Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LEO Firstline, LLC is registered.
