LEO Firstline Training Update

LEO Firstline will not be offering any open-enrollment courses for the remainder of 2026.
This decision was made to allow Dr. Damon Simmons to dedicate significant time and effort to reviewing, updating, and expanding course content, instructional materials, practical exercises, and leadership development resources. The goal is simple: to ensure that every LEO Firstline program delivers the most current, relevant, practical, and beneficial leadership, supervision, and management training available to today's law enforcement professionals.
The law enforcement profession continues to evolve, and effective leadership development must evolve with it. During this period, existing courses will undergo comprehensive revisions to incorporate current challenges, emerging best practices, modern leadership concepts, and lessons learned from the field.
LEO Firstline remains committed to providing high-quality, experience-based training that helps current and future leaders build stronger organizations, develop healthier workplace cultures, improve decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness.
We appreciate the continued support of our students, agencies, and training partners. We look forward to returning in 2027 with updated programs designed to provide even greater value to law enforcement leaders at every level of the organization.
Thank you for your continued commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
