About
This 4-hour professional development program examines how law enforcement leaders build influence beyond rank through credibility, trust, fairness, emotional discipline, ethical judgment, and consistent behavior. Designed for officers, supervisors, command staff, and trainers, it follows a progressive SELF → TEAM → ORGANIZATION → COMMUNITY model. Participants apply leadership psychology to realistic patrol, supervision, accountability, change, and community-facing situations. By the end of the program, learners will be able to diagnose the psychological factors behind behavior, use the LEADER Influence Model and Influence Ladder, conduct difficult conversations with dignity, and create a practical leadership development plan for their agency.
