This online leadership development program prepares law enforcement personnel at every rank to build and sustain high-performing police teams. Grounded in Dr. Damon L. Simmons' leadership philosophy and the Building High Performing Teams source material, the course moves from self-leadership to team, organizational, and community responsibilities. Participants examine team effectiveness, trust, psychological safety, accountability, communication, coaching, ethical performance, measurement, and sustainable capacity through realistic patrol, supervision, critical-incident, and organizational scenarios. The program culminates in a 90-day supervisory development plan and a practical leadership action project that participants can apply within their own agencies.
