This professional development program prepares law enforcement personnel to lead effectively at every stage of their careers, from personal leadership to team, organizational, and community responsibility. Built on the philosophy that leadership is not a rank, the course applies the SELF → TEAM → ORGANIZATION → COMMUNITY model to modern police leadership. Participants examine leadership, supervision, communication, culture, ethical decision-making, performance management, wellness, change, and strategic leadership through realistic law enforcement scenarios, reflective practice, and a practical capstone. The course adapts the existing instructor-led foundation for asynchronous LMS delivery through short narrated lessons, interactive decision points, downloadable tools, knowledge checks, and applied assessments.
