Character, Integrity, and Ethical Leadership (1 hour)

This professional development program prepares law enforcement personnel at every career stage to lead with character, integrity, accountability, and sound ethical judgment. Built around the progression from self to team, organization, and community, it examines moral reasoning, accurate reporting, professional duty, fair supervision, intervention, organizational justice, and executive responsibility. Participants apply the INTEGRITY Framework to realistic law enforcement situations involving reporting discrepancies, peer pressure, performance expectations, retaliation concerns, and public trust. The program culminates in an organizational ethics capstone and a practical leadership action plan that can be applied within the learner’s agency.
