This online leadership development program prepares law enforcement professionals to use positional authority responsibly while building the credibility, trust, influence, and organizational capability that define effective leadership. Designed for officers through executive leaders, the course follows a progressive SELF → TEAM → ORGANIZATION → COMMUNITY model and applies research-based leadership concepts to patrol operations, supervision, accountability, ethics, culture, critical incidents, and community legitimacy. Learners examine realistic decisions, practice procedural justice and constructive dissent, assess their own leadership habits, and complete a Personal Authority and Leadership Doctrine that can be applied within their agency.
