Organizational Culture and Trust in Law Enforcement  (2 hour)

This online leadership program prepares law enforcement personnel at every career stage to build trustworthy, accountable, and learning-focused organizations. Using the progression of self, team, organization, and community leadership, participants examine how daily decisions, informal norms, communication, fairness, and reinforcement shape culture. Through fictional law enforcement scenarios, structured reflection, decision tools, and a practical capstone, participants learn to diagnose culture and trust challenges, apply defensible leadership processes, and develop a 90-day improvement plan suited to their agency. The program is based on the Organizational Culture and Trust course manuscript and preserves its emphasis on evidence, proportional accountability, confidentiality limits, and local verification.
