The Modern Leader Academy: Leading Leaders (1 hour)

This professional development program prepares law enforcement personnel to lead themselves, teams, supervisors, and organizations through the progressive model of SELF → TEAM → ORGANIZATION → COMMUNITY. Built around the uploaded “Leading Leaders” framework, the course examines how leadership capacity cascades through an agency and how supervisors, managers, and executives can replace unnecessary control with clear intent, calibrated authority, coaching, accountability, and fair process. Participants apply the LEADER model to realistic patrol, personnel, critical-incident, and organizational scenarios. The program includes reflection activities, situational judgment exercises, module assessments, and a leadership development capstone designed for asynchronous LMS delivery.
