Self-Aware Leadership for Police Leaders (2 hour)

This professional development program prepares law enforcement personnel at every rank to lead with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and accountability. Built on the progression of SELF → TEAM → ORGANIZATION → COMMUNITY, it applies the PAUSE model to supervision, critical incidents, employee wellness, difficult conversations, discretionary decisions, and organizational culture. Participants examine the impact of their behavior, practice perspective-taking without abandoning standards, and develop observable leadership habits for their current role and future responsibilities. The program is designed for asynchronous LMS delivery with scenario-based practice, reflection, knowledge checks, module assessments, and a practical leadership development capstone.
