About
This four-hour professional development program helps law enforcement personnel lead an age-diverse workforce without relying on generational stereotypes. Grounded in the evidence-based framework from Managing Generational Differences in Law Enforcement, the course examines career stage, occupational socialization, organizational justice, communication, feedback, mentoring, wellness, retention, and succession planning. Participants apply the Bridge Model and a behavior-based diagnostic process to realistic supervisory and organizational decisions. By the end, learners can address differences in experience, expectations, technology, and work styles while maintaining fair standards, accountability, and a shared professional identity.
